Bill Minchew, owner of Bills Golf Carts, has over thirteen years of experience in the golf cart industry. February 2000 was an exciting month. Bill celebrated the opening of Bills Golf Carts as well as the birth of his first child. Not long after, Bill’s brother,Jeff, came on board as Sales and Service Manager. Together Jeff and Bill have worked hard to build a business based on honesty and integrity. Bill's philosophy from the beginning has been to keep overhead cost down to have the lowest possible prices. In 2004 Bill became a manufacturer of Bills Street Legal Carts. These carts can be titled and licensed to drive on public streets in North Carolina with speed limits up to 35 miles per hour. At Bills Golf Carts we strive to keep an inventory to match all different needs and price ranges. We are a family owned and operated business.
